Arrived room was awful small ground floor no window and smelly complained following day gave us a fabulous big room on 2nd floor with window no view but window ...was ok as room so big made up for it thanks to young receptionist worked days didn't get her name....stayed extra 2 days with better price than booking . Com !!!!! Lovely pool

The location is exception and the facilities are very nice. My room was large and I had daily cleaning services, which I did not expect. There was hot water for showers which I also did not expect. A wonderful stay.

The hotel is convinently located on a nice street where you can do some local shopping and find good local food on foot. The room was spacious enough to handle our family of 5 (3 kids)

Has been my to go to Hotel in Merida for many years. Large rooms, comfortable beds, large pool to soak the day's heat away. Good housekeeping. Can't get a better location.

Everything was excellent. The staff at breakfast were especially kind and hard working. They handled situations with unruly guests like true professionals.
